Instead of risking $300 on one trade because you believe the market will definitely rise, you risk only $10\u2013$20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why? Because <strong>one losing trade should never destroy your account.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Successful traders understand that losses are part of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Example:<\/strong> A football team can lose one match and still win the league. You don&#8217;t move your Stop Loss simply because you don&#8217;t want to accept a loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your trading plan should control your emotions not the other way around.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Be Patient<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The market provides opportunities every day, but <strong>you don&#8217;t need to trade every day.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Think about fishing. A fisherman doesn&#8217;t throw his net into the water every second. He waits for the right conditions. Trading is similar. Sometimes the market is trending strongly. Sometimes it is moving sideways.
