The moving average is also rising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This suggests that buyers may currently have control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now imagine price pulls back toward the moving average, finds support and forms a bullish candle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead of buying simply because price is above the moving average, you could wait for this additional confirmation before considering a trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Example:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gold price \u2192 above rising 50 MA \u2192 pulls back \u2192 finds support \u2192 bullish rejection \u2192 potential buy setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The indicator doesn&#8217;t make the decision for you.
